More than 2.5 million transactions in 2023 were made via RaiPOS app which allows users to turn a regular smartphone into a payment terminal. This became possible due to service operating in 7 countries: Croatia, Kosovo, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Romania.

IBA Group continues to launch tapXphone in new regions. Now, the service for accepting payments via smartphone has become available to entrepreneurs in Albania. Raiffeisen Bank has introduced its customers to RaiPOS, a mobile application that turns a smartphone into a full-fledged banking terminal. IBA Group is implementing the project in partnership with RPC.
