Between January and May 2025, RaiPOS successfully processed over 1.8 million transactions. Simultaneously, the number of connected terminals has grown significantly, now reaching 25.5 thousand units.

The tapXphone team consistently enhances the RaiPOS application with new features to make it even more compelling for both businesses and customers. This year saw the introduction of installment payment capabilities without additional fees. This new feature is already successfully operating in SoftPOS terminals at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo.
As a reminder, in 2024 the application introduced the option to leave tips using contactless bank cards. This feature enables customers to seamlessly add gratuity by simply tapping their contactless bank card or NFC-enabled device to the smartphone.
