RaiPOS is a solution of RPC, Member of Raiffeisen Bank International. Due to its functionality, merchants no longer need any equipment to accept payments other than a regular smartphone. With this solution, non-cash payments become possible where only cash was previously available: at itinerant trade, fairs, concerts and recreation areas. Businesses can install the tapXphone app on their mobile device and use it anywhere and anytime subject to Internet connectivity. Payment can be accepted using contactless bank cards and NFC-enabled devices.

It should be recalled that the first launch of tapXphone for RPC took place in 2020. Today, in 2023, the service is successfully operating in Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Kosovo and Romania.
RPC is a shared service centre of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) providing a range of card-related services to RBI’s subsidiary banks in CEE. It is one of the largest processing companies in the region, with 1,5 billion transactions processed in 2022, hosting over 7,5 million payment cards and managing a network of 116 000 POS terminals. RPC provides services to Raiffeisen banks in Austria, Albania, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Kosovo, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Ukraine.
